Browsers: Accordium is optimized for use with Chrome, Edge, Safari & Firefox. We do not support Internet Explorer for the creating and sending of documents since IE was de-supported by Microsoft in 2016 (but it will work just fine for signing, however) . Please instruct your team to use a supported browser, of which Chrome is preferred.

In-App Tutorial - When users log in for the first time, they are shown a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to send documents in Accordium, and other important features. We strongly recommend that users do not skip this valuable introduction. 

Document Creation vs PDF Upload: Accordium presently has two modes of loading documents; either by creating templates through a familiar text editor, or simply by uploading a PDF. We do not process other file-types at this time. 

“How It Works” Video: This 70-second video shows an overview of Accordium and the main benefits of digitizing your paperwork and signing electronically. It's a great way to introduce your team to the tool, and can be viewed on our website or YouTube
